Good evening, Noah and thanks for your follow up email. I brought my '06 TL in for service this a.m. and after dropping it off my wife and I met first with Brijen Dave and then with Ben Quail. Ben did a fantastic job of walking us through the many features of the '09 MDX Tech. Both he and Brijen worked with us to close the sale and we are now proud owners of a second Acura product (I bought the TL from your dealership 2 years ago). We closed things out with Shaliqua McCoy who was very professional and personable. She happens to be a grad of St John's University in Jamaica, Queens as am I. I wanted to tell you what an asset Mitch is to your team. My husband's car (2000 Acura TL) had always been serviced at Scottsdale Acura, but since we purchased my 2005 TL at your dealership ... and since you're now so conveniently located, we thought we'd have his 75,000 mile service done at your Peoria location. One of the most impressive elements of business today is a business representative really listening to a customer. It's exactly what is responsible for the kind of old-fashioned loyalty that makes some businesses fare much better than others. Sadly, that sort of customer service appears to be scarce these days. My opinion of Acura of Peoria has changed significantly since the tent sale, I love the Accord everything was perfect at first I thought there might be a transmission problem but Dave had a tech look at it and he said it was fine. I know I am not the typical "high profile client" that your probably used to dealing with but your sales team sure does make me feel like one and I think that is hard to find at a dealership. I definitely think having that a dealer you know you can trust and expect the best from is worth driving almost an hour to and that is about how far I am from you. I was telling the story of the situation to the president of the company I work for and found out that he actually buys his Acura's from you. He said he has had nothing but good experiences with you and will be coming back when it is time for a new car. He said "they are a good outfit" and will take care of you" if he told me that after coming back from the tent sale I would not have but now I definitely do. My point is, that this has been such a great turn around that I will definitely recommend my family, friends, and co-workers to see you when they are in the market for a car. I will definitely come back as well when it’s time for me to get a new car.

Mr. Woods: The purpose of this letter is to commend your company on the fine services rendered to us by one of your client advisors, Erick Munoz. We recently worked with Erick in considering the purchase of an Acura TL. It is obviously a fine car but we decided eventually to go with a Honda Accord as our most cost-effective choice. It was not an easy decision. What we want you to understand is that if we had ultimately decided on an Acura we would have bought it from Erick, assuming of course our ability to come to reasonable terms with your company. He immediately sensed the most effective approach to us, was helpful and informative, stayed politely in touch and never overstepped the bounds of how we were willing to proceed. Could he have sold us an Acura no matter what? No, neither before we evaluated our options (because we insisted on understanding our choices before rushing into a purchase) nor after we made a personal choice based on our needs as we finally determined them. But that is not because of any fault of Erick's. It is because of how we approached making our choice. If we know of friends are who are in the market for an Acura, you can be confident that we will send them to Erick.
