From then until we purchased the car, he was the most pleasant, in-pushy, genuine salesman we have ever dealt with in our fifty years of purchasing cars. We have driven Acuras since the early nineties, the first one being a Legend. Our 2002 MDX was an absolute favorite and a most serviceable automobile. We wish to do a great deal of road traveling in the near future so it was time to upgrade. We returned to buy another MDX. We are so pleased with our purchase, even though it may take us years to understand all the computer driven accessories!! We are now on a learning curve, but George has offered to help us when we become too confused; a very nice gesture on his part. We may need to take him up on his offer! My recent new car purchase, which was my 9th new car purchase in 13 years, was in fact the best experience I have had to date. I had previously purchased a 2008 TL from Tracy, which was an equally wonderful process and solidified my customer loyalty to Acura of Peoria.
I would like to take a moment to express how refreshing it has been to deal with such a professional, honest, and competent sales person. At no point did Tracy give me the impression or lead me to feel that I was being mislead or possibly taken advantage of. He was a straight-shooter from the beginning, which is always greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, all too often car sales professionals reinforce a negative stereotype. My salesperson Sara Frey was extremely personable, knowledgeable and resourceful in answering my questions. No questions I asked were too big or too small and she was sensitive to my needs. She took me on as many test drives as I wanted until I got what I wanted. She deliberately tried to find me the vehicle I wanted. Sara went over the settings extremely well. The finance manager Mike was extremely kind and personable. He was very good at his job and did not abuse any extra time. He stayed right on the task.

"Huge Thank You"
On Friday, I had a dead battery. I called the dealership and explained the situation to you. Immediately, you told me that my battery was still covered under the manufacturer's warranty and to bring it in. Once my husband arrived home to jump-start my car, I headed to the dealership. Once I arrived, you greeted me and told me that you would take care of everything. I was out the door within 20 minutes. My mother passed away last Tuesday and I had a family function to attend that evening. I can't tell you how much I appreciated your quick response and courteous attitude. After an extremely difficult week, a dead battery was the last thing that I needed to deal with. I wanted to take the time to extend a HUGE thank you for making the process quick and easy.

I would like to say THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for your speedy response to my April 15, 2010 letter. I know Acura is a professional dealership that cares about their customers, but I never imagined that Acura and its staff would respond in such a generous manner and in such a timely manner.
From the day your office received my letter, within two days my vehicle was in your shop being repaired. Vince Hancock, my service adviser is also to be highly commended. He was very helpful when I brought my vehicle in and called me regularly to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle while it was being repaired. I was provided a loaner for over a week and when I got my vehicle back it had been washed and looked great.
I have dealt with other dealerships in the past that were high-end, most recently BMW, I liked my BMW- but I LOVE my MDX. In addition, the service and response I received from your dealership does not even compare to BMW. Acura is TOP OF THE LINE when it comes to customer service, customer satisfaction and a great vehicle. You took my concerns seriously and acted swiftly to ensure my satisfaction. Acura has surpassed my expectations and I cannot tell you how happy I am to own my MDX. I know I previously told you that I loved my vehicle and willl definately remain a repeat customer-- however I can tell you that without a doubt you guys are AWESOME and I will always own ab Acura!

My opinion of Acura of Peoria has changed significantly since the tent sale, I love the Accord everything was perfect at first I thought there might be a transmission problem but Dave had a tech look at it and he said it was fine. I know I am not the typical "high profile client" that your probably used to dealing with but your sales team sure does make me feel like one and I think that is hard to find at a dealership. I definitely think having that a dealer you know you can trust and expect the best from is worth driving almost an hour to and that is about how far I am from you. I was telling the story of the situation to the president of the company I work for and found out that he actually buys his Acura's from you. He said he has had nothing but good experiences with you and will be coming back when it is time for a new car. He said "they are a good outfit" and will take care of you" if he told me that after coming back from the tent sale I would not have but now I definitely do. My point is, that this has been such a great turn around that I will definitely recommend my family, friends, and co-workers to see you when they are in the market for a car. Mr. Woods: The purpose of this letter is to commend your company on the fine services rendered to us by one of your client advisors, Erick Munoz. We recently worked with Erick in considering the purchase of an Acura TL. It is obviously a fine car but we decided eventually to go with a Honda Accord as our most cost-effective choice. It was not an easy decision. What we want you to understand is that if we had ultimately decided on an Acura we would have bought it from Erick, assuming of course our ability to come to reasonable terms with your company. He immediately sensed the most effective approach to us, was helpful and informative, stayed politely in touch and never overstepped the bounds of how we were willing to proceed. Could he have sold us an Acura no matter what?
