The Acura Precision Concept represents the future of the automaker’s design initiatives and vehicle development process. Created by the Acura Design Studio, the concept is a real-life depiction of the brand’s “Precision Crafted Performance” DNA, which is integrated into each and every Acura model.

With a stance that resembles that of a supercar, the Acura Precision Concept is quite a sight to be seen. It sports an athletic exterior design with sculpted surfaces, a diamond pentagon grille, Jewel Constellation LED headlights, floating LED taillights, and 22-inch wheels and tires. This outer styling is carried over inside the cabin and further expanded on.

Designed without a b-pillar, several elements within the car simply flow together naturally, creating a unified appearance. A double-layered instrument panel, rear “floating” seats and audio speaker grilles made of exotic wood can be found inside the vehicle, evoking a sense of luxury and relaxation. On top of these standout features, the Acura Precision Concept comes with a sports steering wheel with paddle shifters, a driver’s head-up display, a cantilevered center stack, a wide, thin center display screen and a floating center meter. Acura’s new Human Interface Concept is also included and scans each passenger as they enter the vehicle in order to provide personalized features.

We’re curious to find out which elements of the Acura Precision Concept make it on future models in the lineup. To view the current selection of 2016 and 2017 Acura models on the market, stop by Acura of Peoria today.
