Acura wanted to be a big part of Art Week. As such, they had a big responsibility to incorporate the art of Acura vehicles into the show itself. They partnered with artist Dalkhafine to bring all-new creations for Miami's Art Week.
Acura and Dalkhafine Partner for Art
Dalkhafine chose the Acura ADX SUV as her canvas, and what she created drew a lot of admiration at the SCOPE Art Show. Loews Hotel hosted the event and helped build an amazing beach area for all artists to share their work. For Acura's part, they were the only auto partner of this fair.
Plenty of exhibits turned heads, but French artist Dalkhafine might have created the most unique art of all. Her Acura ADX was decked out in colorful palm trees, clouds, and wavy stripes. It made the perfect piece of art for the beach and one that showed people the ADX in a way they'd never seen before.
The Acura ADX turned art is unique, not just in the way it looks. It also features premium Acura features like a Bang & Olufsen premium sound system and heated steering wheel. Not only will it draw plenty of attention as it travels the world, but it's also a powerful, luxurious SUV.
Acura couldn't have chosen a better artist for the job. Dalkhafine's experience with motion graphics and design made her a capable choice for the finished product. The design itself is inspired by the early 90s internet and 1960s counterculture. She's also a big fan of the automotive world and was honored to do the specially designed ADX for Acura.
She says of the project, "I'm inspired by speed, and I am also a huge fan of Formula One, especially Charles Leclerc. With this installation, I wanted to play with road imagery. I wanted the audience to follow playful and immersive paths."
Everyone who sees this Acura ADX will agree that she succeeded in her mission.
