What Changes Have Been Made to the Federal EV Tax Credit and the Home Charger Incentive?

Federal tax incentives designed to support electric vehicle adoption are entering a new phase. The Clean Vehicle Credit program, which provides up to $7,500 in federal tax savings, is set to expire on September 30, 2025, unless legislative action extends it. Separately, the home EV charger installation credit will end on June 30, 2026. Honda is a global leader in the auto industry. Unsurprisingly, they are now leading the way in manufacturing electric vehicles. They own an electric vehicle manufacturing plant in Ohio called the Honda EV Hub. By the end of 2025, Honda announced that its innovative EV manufacturing hub will produce the Acura RSX, an all-new electric SUV offered by Acura. Honda has proudly announced that the RSX will be the first electric vehicle produced at its Midwest EV hub.

 
A team of Acura drivers placed at the IMSA Rolex 24 at Daytona for the fifth consecutive year this January as the Acura Meyer Shank Racing with Curb Agajanian #60 took second place.

 
Honda driver and Honda Formula Dream Project graduate Kakunoshin Ohta is scheduled to compete in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in the premier GTP class in 2025. He will participate as the fourth Acura Meyer Shank Racing driver with the Curb Agajanian team's No. 93 car. He will drive the Acura ARX-06, which was designed and developed by Honda Racing Corporation USA. Ohta is scheduled to compete in three races, including his debut in the Rolex 24 at Daytona.

 
Acura wanted to be a big part of Art Week. As such, they had a big responsibility to incorporate the art of Acura vehicles into the show itself. They partnered with artist Dalkhafine to bring all-new creations for Miami's Art Week.
