We are therefore happy that the Type S, Integra's impending performance model, will have several handling improvements and a powertrain sourced from the new Honda Civic Type R. At Honda's test facilities in Tochigi, Japan, we drove a Type S prototype. The new model is expected to debut this summer and should provide the over-40 demographic with an alternative to the boisterous Type R.
