What's New for the 2025 Acura TLX?
After receiving a refresh last year, Acura's premium sport sedan returns for the 2025 model year with no significant changes.
What Are the 2025 TLX Trims & Features?
Acura offers the new TLX in three distinct trim levels. The entry-level TLX Technology is packed with some of today's hottest features. Acura's latest infotainment system provides a 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto smartphone integration. Music fans will enjoy the 13-speaker ELS Studio premium sound system, and a pair of heated power seats enable front passengers to unwind.
Featuring a sport appearance package, the TLX A-Spec has an even racier look. Inside, you'll find a flat-bottom steering wheel and ventilated sport seats. Another exciting upgrade is this trim's 17-speaker ELS Studio 3D premium sound system.
For driving enthusiasts who desire maximum thrills, Acura offers the high-performance TLX Type S. In addition to packing more power under the hood, it also comes standard with a surround-view camera system and a 10.5-inch head-up display.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2025 TLX Have?
A lively 2.0-liter, turbocharged VTEC four-cylinder engine comes equipped on most TLX trims. It keeps drivers engaged by producing 272 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. Acura pairs this engine with a 10-speed automatic transmission to ensure quicker throttle response. While front-wheel drive is standard, you can opt for Acura's famed Super Handling AWD system.
The exhilarating TLX Type S brings more driving excitement. Its 3.0-liter turbo V6 engine churns out 355 horsepower and 354 lb-ft of torque, promoting especially blistering acceleration. High-performance upgrades, such as an adaptive suspension system and an exclusive Sport+ drive mode, further separate the TLX Type S. Super Handling All-Wheel Drive is also on this trim's list of standard equipment.
What Safety Features Does the 2025 TLX Include?
Every new TLX benefits from AcuraWatch, which is a collection of advanced safety technologies. The sedan's Collision Mitigation Braking System can intervene when a potential frontal impact is sensed. Meanwhile, a Blind Spot Information System enables you to confidently change lanes. Road Departure Mitigation, Adaptive Cruise Control with Low-Speed Follow, Lane Keeping Assist, and Pedestrian Detection are included as well.
