Specs at a Glance

If you're looking for a premium sport compact that perfectly blends everyday practicality with a highly engaging driving experience, the 2026 Acura Integra is bound to get your attention. When shopping for a new Integra, some people will be deciding between the A-Spec® and Type S trim levels. Here's a rundown of how these two Integra trims compare.

Performance

The Integra A-Spec® offers ample driving fun. Underneath its hood rests a responsive 1.5-liter, turbocharged VTEC four-cylinder engine. Acura tunes it to crank out 200 horsepower and 192 lb-ft of torque. A continuously variable transmission with race-inspired paddle shifters adds another degree of excitement. While behind the wheel, an Integrated Dynamics System allows you to personalize your driving experience.

Motivating the high-output Integra Type S is a 2.0-liter, VTEC turbocharged four-cylinder engine. It pumps out a thrilling 320 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque. A close-ratio six-speed manual transmission delivers precise shifting. Acura also outfits the Type S trim with a few other exclusive performance features, including Brembo front brakes and a Dual-Axis Strut front suspension. To give the Integra Type S an especially aggressive sound, engineers outfitted it with an Active Exhaust Valve.

Appearance

Sports car fans will love the Integra A-Spec®'s powerful styling. While 18-inch Berlina Black alloy wheels enhance the car's bold stance, black accents give the exterior a high-contrast appearance. Cool touches, such as a frameless Diamond Pentagon grille and a sleek rear spoiler, add more flair. Several striking paint colors are available, including Double Apex Blue Pearl.

The Integra Type S is the lineup's most aggressive-looking trim. Wider fenders and larger 19-inch Shark Gray wheels with summer performance tires help give it a commanding road presence. You'll also notice the Type S trim's larger air ducts. On the rear, triple exhaust outlets produce a beautiful soundtrack.

Features

Several great features come standard on the Integra A-Spec®. Some of the key highlights include a 9.0-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay®/Android Auto® smartphone connectivity, AcuraWatch driver-assistance tech, a sunroof, and a wireless charging pad.

The race-bred Type S trim receives some high-end upgrades. While music fans will love the ELS Studio premium audio system, a head-up display puts essential driving information in your direct line of sight. Dual-zone automatic climate control is included.
