What's New for the 2024 Acura ZDX?

The 2024 ZDX is an all-new vehicle from Acura. The ZDX is the brand's first-ever electric vehicle. The ZDX is an SUV that will get up to 325 miles of all-electric range. As with Acura's other vehicles, multiple trims are available in the ZDX lineup, including some offering more power.

What Are the 2024 ZDX Trims & Features?

There are four trim levels of the ZDX, which include two main trims (the A-Spec and Type S) and their variants. The A-Spec is the base model, and it's available with either rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. Leather seats are standard on both models, along with heated front seats. For technology, an 11.3-inch color touchscreen and a Wi-Fi hotspot are standard, and an 18-speaker Bose sound system is standard as well. The A-Spec and Type S trims all have four USB ports.

The Type S and Type S Performance have upgraded Milano leather seats and 16-way adjustable front seats. These models both have heated rear seats and tri-zone climate control. The Type S Performance has unique wheels and tires that distinguish its exterior from the regular Type S.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2024 ZDX Have?

If you get the ZDX with a single motor, which powers the A-Spec trims, the Acura ZDX can get up to 342 horsepower. The Type S trims get up to 500 horsepower with the dual motor. The single and dual motors use a 102-kWh battery pack for power, giving the A-Spec 325 miles of electric range. The Type S can get up to 288 miles of electric range. All-wheel and rear-wheel drive are available for the entire lineup of the ZDX.

What Safety Features Does the 2024 ZDX Include?

All models of the ZDX have forward collision alert, automatic emergency braking, lane keeping assist, front pedestrian braking, adaptive cruise control, reverse automatic braking, traffic sign recognition, side blind zone alert, lane change alert, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear cross-traffic braking, automatic high beams, and blind zone steering assist. The A-Spec also has parking sensors.

The Type S trims add some additional safety aids, including a surround vision system, hands-free cruise, automatic parking assist, six parking sensors, and rear pedestrian alert.
